Thank you for choosing Jiaxinda. This policy describes our shipping procedures to guarantee efficient and timely delivery of your orders.
We ship from our Hong Kong warehouse. Depending on the product, Hong Kong taxes may or may not be included. Please select your shipping location when you visit our website.
Shipping Methods and Courier Selection
- S.F. Express (Hong Kong only) – any order value.
- EMS Speedpost – order value HK$3,900 and over (approx. US$500 equivalent).
- International Air Registered Mail or e-Express+ – order value below HK$3,900.
- UPS for lighter shipments.
Please take note:
- Extra shipping fees apply for oversized or overweight items.
- Hazardous materials cannot be shipped.
- For destinations without EMS Speedpost, International Air Registered Mail is standard.
- Jiaxinda reserves the right to split shipments into parcels for import compliance. Add instructions in order notes at checkout.
Customised Shipping Options
Specific courier or split shipping requests can be noted at checkout or via customer service. Notifications for unfulfilled requests occur within 1-2 business days; extra charges may apply. Large orders may split proactively for regulations.
Product Inspection and Handling
Random quality checks may occur, with cigars shipped unsealed if applicable to prevent damage.
Customer Responsibilities
- Address Accuracy: Provide complete details, including phone; English translation needed for UPS/DHL.
- Import Duties and Taxes: Customer bears all duties, taxes, and fees; delays possible from regulations.
- Customs Clearance: Handle clearance and collection within timeframes.
Non-compliance leads to HK$390 (approx. US$50) re-shipping/stocking fee per package, plus taxes. Returned items in altered condition ineligible for refund/exchange. Unclaimed items over six months are abandoned and destroyed without refund.
