Return & Refund Policy – Jiaxinda
1. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled for any reason before shipment. Contact customer service at info@jiaxinda.com.hk to request cancellation. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled; follow the return process below. Cancellation fees may apply due to currency exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
Damaged or Defective: Eligible if products arrive damaged or defective.
Incorrect Items: Eligible if the item differs from the order.
3. Ineligible for Returns:
Personal taste or preference: Returns not accepted due to product perishability or change of mind.
Subjective assessments of authenticity: Products are guaranteed authentic; contact us for investigation.
Promotional, closeout, and gift items are final sale.
4. Conditions for Returns:
Timeframe: Initiate within 5 days of delivery with photos (packaging with label, product, damage).
Products must be in original condition; partial boxes may qualify for pro-rated refund at discretion. Cut, used, or altered items ineligible. Include original packaging.
5. Return Process:
Inspection Upon Receipt: Check package immediately for issues.
Initiate Return Within 5 Days: Email info@jiaxinda.com.hk with order number, issue description, and clear photos.
Return Acceptance: Review and notification within 5 days.
Packaging and Shipping: Use original packaging; ship to return address below. Customer pays shipping/taxes unless our error.

Inspection Upon Receipt of Return: Update within 5 days; email confirmation sent.
6. Refunds:
Approved returns refunded to original payment or store credit. Processed within 7 business days; bank processing may add 7-14 days. Currency conversion fees possible. Shipping/taxes non-refundable except for our errors.
Important Notes:
Jiaxinda reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns. Policy subject to change.
